Music has always played a big part in my life and is a major source of inspiration. For many years, I’ve had the inclination to submit a design for a Rose Parade float – however, for one reason or another, I had not committed the time to actually doing so. Until now. With the Rose Parade theme being “Melody of Life”, I simply could not pass on the opportunity. “Three Little Birds” inspired by the Bob Marley song of the same name, to me represents a universal message of optimism and hope. With every sunrise, comes a new opportunity to pursue happiness that begins within ourselves. The next time you see three little birds singing, just remember - be thankful for what you have, cherish those around you; and every little thing, is going to be alright.
